Care & Support
Care & Support is a core expression of HeartStone Ministry. We offer compassionate presence, guidance, and practical support for individuals and families navigating caregiving, illness, grief, aging, and other life transitions.
Our approach to care is grounded in dignity, relationship, and ethical responsibility. We meet people where they are—without judgment, doctrine, or expectation—offering space for support that is human, respectful, and responsive.
Our Understanding of Care
At HeartStone, care is not a service to be delivered, but a relationship to be held. We understand caregiving and life transitions as deeply human experiences that deserve attention, patience, and compassion.
Care & Support within our ministry emphasizes:
- Presence over prescription
- Listening before instruction
- Respect for autonomy and lived experience
- Support that honors the whole person
We recognize that no two situations are the same. Our role is not to direct lives, but to walk alongside those who are navigating them.
Who This Support Is For
Care & Support is offered to individuals and families experiencing:
- Family caregiving responsibilities
- Chronic or serious illness
- Aging-related transitions
- Grief and loss
- Emotional or practical overwhelm
- Periods of uncertainty, change, or strain
Support is inclusive of all backgrounds, beliefs, and identities. No faith tradition or affiliation is required to receive care.
Care4ME: Our Care & Support Program
HeartStone Ministry carries out much of its Care & Support work through Care4ME, our dedicated care-focused program.
Care4ME provides resources, education, and structured support designed specifically for caregivers and those navigating complex care situations. Through Care4ME, individuals may find:
- Caregiver education and guidance
- Workshops and learning opportunities
- Practical tools and resources
- Community connection and peer support
Care4ME exists to meet the real, day-to-day needs that often accompany caregiving and life transitions—while remaining aligned with HeartStone’s values of dignity, compassion, and ethical presence.
Moving Forward with Support
If you are seeking additional resources, structured guidance, or caregiver-focused support, we invite you to explore Care4ME.
Care & Support at HeartStone begins with understanding and presence. Care4ME offers the next step for those who would benefit from deeper, program-based support.
A Ministry of Care
Care & Support is not separate from who we are—it is central to our ministry. Whether support is brief or ongoing, formal or informal, we approach each situation with respect, humility, and care.
You are not required to navigate life’s challenges alone. HeartStone Ministry is here to offer presence, connection, and support when it is needed.
